Vender Reg and Policy Form<\/h2>\n

Applications for 2025 vendors are now closed. Please contact the Library\/Cultural office for further information regarding vendor availability.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Crafts<\/h2>\n

Variety of handmade authentic craftsmanship including,
\nhandmade regalia, Moccasins, beadwork, porcupine quillwork, leather medicine pouches, dream catchers, soapstone carvings, woodcarvings.<\/p>\n

Please note that we are only allowing 30 craft vendors this year. Pre-registration required.\u00a0First Nation vendors only<\/strong>. We thank you for your interest and support in being a part of this annual event although due to increasing popularity and space of this unique traditional Pow Wow we can only accept so many craft vendors every year.<\/p>\n

Please ensure your area is clean and free of debris during and after the event.<\/p>\n

The Gates open at 11:00 and all vehicles must be off the grounds by 10:00<\/p>\n

Fee List:
\n$150\/weekend<\/p>\n

$80 for the day<\/p>\n

Food<\/h2>\n

Traditional Native & Canadian cuisine including: Indian Tacos, Navajo Tacos, Buffalo Burgers, hamburgers, Corn soup, ham & scone, fried fish, fresh cut french fries, poutine, freshly squeezed lemon-aid, traditional strawberry juice (with pulp) made with real strawberries.<\/p>\n

Note: Food vendors are by invitation only.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you are interested in being a food vendor at our Pow Wow you may apply, although due to limited space and resources not all applicants can be accepted.<\/p>\n

Fee List:
\n$250\/weekend<\/p>\n

$130 for one day<\/p>\n
